Baking

I am fascinated with baking. I have always found it amazing how so many things can be created from flour. From breads to cakes to cookies, the possibilities are endless. I am no professional baker and the ideas I tend to whip up when I'm in the kitchen are interesting recipes I stumbled upon somewhere. But the process itself is fun. It is fulfilling. And just the thought of digging into that piece of cake which you painstakingly spent a lot of time and effort to make just makes its all worth it. The fact that you can fail big time at times too? Totally makes this a real kitchen adventure ;)
